The color of the skin is determined by the interaction of different pigments. Hemoglobin is responsible for the reddish and bluish tone, while carotenoids are responsible for the yellowish skin color.
The resulting brown color of eumelanin and pheomelanin pigments, which are produced in tyrosinase cells, usually present in an inactive form, are formed in these melanocytes.
Its activation by UV light triggers melanogenesis, for example, a complex series of chemical reactions of enzymes which ultimately lead to the formation of melanin.
A20P Peel effectively blocks tyrosinase and inhibits the chain reaction of melanogenesis.
A20P is an innovative treatment developed by Mesosystem, which doesn't affect the surface layer of the skin, and therefore does not require a long recovery period. Depending on the intensity of exposure to the skin, it is considered a deeper peel.
The peel promotes whitening of the skin, providing a uniform complexion, but above all it is not photosensitive and can be used during the day without having to avoid exposure to the sun after application.

A20P application protocol
- 1st step: cleanse and sanitize the skin
- 2nd step: apply the cleaning solution with a gauze
- 3rd step: apply A20P through the areas with a brush and allow to absorb; 3 coats must be applied.
- 4th step: apply WA Arbutin Cream and Sun Cream SPF 50+
