Rutin and Melilot is a solution toning solution This blend combines melilot extract, with a bioflavanoide also known as vitamin P. 

The combination of these two active ingredients reduces both the fragility and the permeability of the blood vessels through vasoconstriction. 

Meso Rutin & Melilot Extract prevents the destruction of vitamin C in the body due to oxidation and at the same time fights the loss of collagen.
