• Hydrolyzed marine collagen 500 mg, L lysine 75 mg, L proline 75 mg, L ascorbic acid (vitamin C), Coenzyme Q10, Zinc gluconate, hyaluronic acid 50 mg, standardized polygon extracts 20 mg, and bitter orange 11 mg, acetate alpha-tocopheryl DL (vitamin E), sodium selenite, bulking agent, anti-caking agent, coating agent (polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene glycol, talc, shellac, beeswax, carnauba wax, dyes ( titanium dioxide and iron oxide.)

Manual :

• Take 2 tablets per day with breakfast or lunch for 1 month for an intensive cure
• Then 1 tablet per day for maintenance the second month
